It’s not hard to presume where did google guys found the inspiration for their very nice and useful “elements inspector” included in their last toy, the Chrome browser.

Lo de hoy una de esas perversiones tecnológicas reservadas a unos poco elegidos: Telefónica, Indra, etc..
Esta es la página con la que me encontré al intentar hacer login en mi backoffice de cliente de la web de movistar.
Tardé bastantes segundos en ubicarme y descubrir con cierto espanto que lo que estaba viendo no era HTML sino ¡¡¡un JPG!!!.

No sé si queda suficientemente claro que no es una captura de pantalla que yo haya hecho, sino exactamente lo que recibió mi navegador.

Update:

Actualizo el post para añadir un enlace a la página en cuestión.
Creo que está siempre disponible aunque no haya contingencias. Si no fuese así, sólo tenéis que probar en los días pares, que es cuando hay contingencias.

I got really surprised when i discovered that google is in fact indexing flash contents.
they had been talking long about this, but the eficiency of this tecnique was under serious doubts.
Check this results for an example search within contents crawled from a swf flash file.

Well. Not so much. Be back to earth.
Who considers that the homogenization of the browser’s behaviours won’t be in Steve Balmer’s list of good purposes for 2007, will be interested in this effort for standarize the layout design with CSS.

It’s called Yahoo grids CSS (don’t be afraid of its name, it’s nothing about tables) and it’s one more interesting and well received try for putting some order in the multiple browsers CSS supporting.

Maybe some day all the browsers use the same CSS rendering engine, but meanwhile…
