gmail offline beta testing

I’m probably violating any checkbox i acepted regarding the Google trusted beta testing program but i bet nobody at google will never know it.

It’s very interesting how Google’s getting closer to traditional desktop applications experience throught a “minor” technology as Javascript.

¿How would Microsoft deal with this “invassion” of his own and longly worked desktop?
